Who I Help

I help people rebuild mobility at the root — by addressing the way their joints move, the way their systems function, and the way their body recovers. My work blends hands-on manual therapy, functional testing, and strategic movement training into a personalized system that restores control, confidence, and capacity.

I work with active adults who are ready to reclaim control of their body — and are tired of feeling like they’ve hit a ceiling with pain, performance, or progress.

Some are former athletes navigating wear-and-tear. Others are everyday movers who feel stuck in cycles of tightness, fatigue, or recurring injuries. Most have been to PTs, chiros, or trainers before — but still feel like something’s missing.

They’re not looking for shortcuts. They’re looking for clarity, strategy, and a system that actually works.

I’m here for the person who:

  • Moves often — but not well. They’ve built strength or endurance, but never learned how to move with true control.

  • Keeps getting injured — even after “resting” or doing rehab. Temporary relief isn’t cutting it anymore.

  • Wants to build a body that can keep up with the life they love — now and into their 60s, 70s, and beyond.
